The Beauty Of HDRI

Our human eye sees more shades than any imaging device can reproduce, whether it is a modern digital camera or plasma monitor. In order to capture the entire dynamic range in one photograph, we need a few shots with differentexposures, “glued” together by the editor, and only then we will be able to see beautiful, detailed clouds around the sun, and items that are in shadow. This is called HDRI (High Dynamic Range Image) aka image with wide dynamic range. Photos taken using this technique sometimes are almost surreal, but also fantastic and beautiful.
