The Jebel Hafeet Mountain Road

Just have a look what they have created in a desert...
The Jebel Hafeet Mountain Road in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is the greatest driving road in the world. Stretching for 7.3 miles and climbing nearly 4,000 feet, it boasts 60 corners and a surface so smooth that it would flatter a racetrack. It could easily be described as the eighth wonder of the world, but almost nothing is known about its creation.
The road is cut into the Jebel Hafeet Mountain , the highest peak in the United Arab Emirates , the oil-rich Persian Gulf state. The mountain spans the border with Oman and lies about 90 minutes' drive southeast of the thriving city of Dubai . It looks down upon a dusty, desert landscape that belies a nation of astonishing wealth.

Wood Carving Art

These sculptures are created by famous Wildlife Sculpture Artist Randall D.Boni. His carvings involve three basic stages. First, he cuts away the large chunks of wood to get the general shape of the subject. Next, he defines the muscles and fine features of the animal. Finally, he adds the delicate detail of the subject such as fins, fur and feathers. Just have a look at his masterpieces, we are sure that these creations will really amaze you.

Amazing Swimming Pool

In one of the courtyards of the Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa, is a swimming pool framed by a limestone deck.
When seen from the deck, the pool appears to be filled with deep, shimmering water. In fact, however, a layer of water only some
10 centimeters deep is suspended over transparent glass. Below the glass is an empty space with aquamarine walls that viewers can enter.
