Sweetest and dearest thing in the world are babies. Whenever you are sad, take a child in your hands and play with him/her. Crawl along with him and laugh. Let the child in you to go out. Doing all that that a little child is doing. After half an hour you will be tired but you will feel relief that even a gym can not deliver. Most importantly you will realize that the little things are necessary to your happiness.
