Houston Art Car Parade
he Houston Art Car Parade 2008 is a major event that drew 284 entries and about 200,000 spectators held on May 10. A yearly event which is the first and largest art car parade in the world has been a Houston tradition since 1988. The entries include cars bicycles, motorcycles, roller skaters and many other motorized and human-powered vehicles decorated in various themes.

Birth Of Baby Crocodiles
Crocodiles are vicious predators that have lived through the dinosaur age and sometimes called as the living dinosaurs. Dangerous to humans and killing hundreds of people each year in the world, there is a softer side to these ambush hunters - when the little croc babies hatch from their eggs. They still look fearsome and would bite even when their teeth are not formed yet.

Cards Of Life And Death
A cool set of playing cards created by artist Kornel Ravadits from Budapest Hungary which depicts life on the top and death at the bottom with the exception of the Joker card. An interesting comparison between the radiant portrayal of life with the macabre portrayal of death.

Nagi Noda Bizarre Animal Hair Hats
These bizarre looking hair set is the creation of Japanese weird art director Nagi Noda who previously created the poodle exercise video. Her website calls theses ‘hair hats’ which are styled into the form of various kind of animals such as a lion, rabbit, elephant, rhino and many others using hand crafted hair weaves that are made using a mold or mesh of wire.
