Police officers in China managed to save a suicide girl who sat on a protruding window on the 32nd floor. The girl cut her wrist with a stone and cried into her cell phone. After 3 hours of unsuccessful attempts to persuade the girl to accept the police help, the officers decided to rescue her forcefully.
